SORRY THIS GOT REALLY LONG
FED LOV HENK??? She does not know how to Actual Human Relationships so she's bad at showing it and it ends up manifesting itself in crawling in his lap and apologizing for stuff that she doesn't understand all the time, LAUGH. She confuses herself a lot with Hank because he's a) really genuinely nice and sweet and also b) huge. You have to understand that she's spent a lot of time in canon surrounding herself with big tough guys that she has wrapped around her finger as a kind of literal wall between her and the world. So Hank fits neatly into that slot in her mind EXCEPT HE'S ACTUALLY NICE and is nice to her Just Because instead of being nice to her because she's In Charge and powerful like her canon minions dò. She feels generally kind of guilty and unworthy of his kindness all the time, even though it makes her really really R E A L L Y happy. So the result is that she feels like she HAS to apologize to him constantly for being herself but she can't understand why or what she's really apologizing for, which makes her more frustrated and angry and [/fishands] and basically she doesn't know what to do with those feelings. So. That's a thing.
Another thing is. In the game. 8') She's mad right back at Hank for not lying down and letting himself be protected, how dare!!! Part of it is just this huge frustration at not being able to DO anything for her team, because she's missed most of the trauma games and the ones she's in, she comes out pretty unscathed. She has never died in Kyr except for in Roxy's Heart where she was left on her own for ten minutes and promptly killed herself twenty times in a row L A U G H. It is partially actually caring about her team and not wanting them to be hurt but it is also partially this twisted, like, jealousy? That she feels like she's isolated from the rest of the team because she's never physically suffered for them and OBVIOUSLY if they won't let me kill myself for them then THEY MUST HATE ME AND NOT WANT MY HELP I'm so sorry for this trash child, she has to make everything about HER and HER FEELINGS. So there's a lot of straight-up hypocrisy there because even though! she actually DOES want to protect her team!! it is mostly about making herself feel better. When she told Hank that she wanted to protect something for once in her life she was being very literal and straight-forward, because she has figured that in her entire life she has only ever been capable of hurting and burdening people, and her attempts in kyr to protect people always seem to get interrupted or go wrong like in GM game, so she's just increasingly frustrated because if she can't do something real and physical that matters, she can't convince herself that she's wanted or needed.
(That's why she was so elated after Yaksini's game, where she lied to Hank about putting in the answer and she was RIGHT and she STOPPED HIM FROM HAVING TO GET HURT and YAY I DID SOMETHING GOOD FOR ONCE, MAYBE MY EXISTANCE CAN BE JUSTIFIED even though she lied to his face which is kind of bad. who cares. it worked, that's all that matters.)

So a lot of Hank's thoughts on Erik were formed purely in Kyriakos. I say this because ALL THE MEMORIES HE HAS OF ERIK are not . . . all that positive. I mean, he remembers him cockblocking him and Raven, he remembers strangling Erik because he thought he was mocking him, and then there's the plane scene. SO IMPRESSIONS OF ERIK AT HOME ARE A LOT OF LINE FACES but in Kyriakos! It isn't like that!
He looks up to Erik, and while at times they do butt heads on things, he does consider Erik a good friend. When they aren't getting into heated discussions and arguments, Erik seems like a decent guy that Hank SORT OF looks up to; he's smart, he knows what he wants, etc. But on the other hand, they butt heads on a lot of things, like mutants or how to handle Kyriakos problems and it frustates the hell out of him. He can understand where Erik's coming from, but for him it's hard to actually think that way considering he's . . . been like this for as long as he can remember and one doesn't just change their thoughts overnight.
That isn't to say he doesn't take it to heart. He wishes he could be as okay with his mutation as Erik wants him to be, so it's . . . more hard-hitting? When they argue about that particular subject. It hasn't happened lately thANK GOD but he. Does try, somewhat.
Hilariously Hank knew about the president thing before he remembered why Erik's in prison, so there was no shock there. And when Cuba comes, the impact of that particular aspect of the memory won't be nearly as hard-hitting as it would have been before. And with how strongly he feels about Erik in Kyriakos, him shifting that to a more . . . canon thinking would be difficult. I mean he may be a little more likely to snap at him, but overall I think it'd be pretty hard for him to think of Erik as "Magneto".

CATS ARE NOT THE ENEMY CLOVER!1 I'm sorry Kaito is good at befriending individuals who may potentially be dangerous. . .
HE WAS VERY HAPPY TO SEE HER, TBH. Her and Ed and Puma. At the point everyone finally decided to visit it had been ten days, and despite leaving a letter no one had written him back or come to visit him in that time period. He was starting to feel a bit forgotten about, and in a realm like Little Witch's which is sssso enclosed an prison-like, ten days without contact with the outside world was beginning to drive him a bit nuts. So when Clover showed up, he was happy! But of course she showed up with terrible news, which sort of shot the happiness in the foot and drove him straight into OH GOD I LEAVE AND EVERYTHING GOES TO HELL WHY. So he fussed, tried to talk to her, tried to do some "normal" things with her to get her mind off of the impending doom of everyone in Kyr. Some of it worked, some of it didn't. . . he tried his best not to press where he knew he shouldn't press because he didn't want to chase her off, too. So while he was grateful for the visit and genuinely happy to see her, he did sort of feel like he was walking on eggshells a bit.
Overall he meant it when he told her she was glad she stopped by, and the visit ended on a high note that left him feeling pretty good! So while he's fussing and even more eager to get back to the main part of Kyr than he was before, he feels pretty satisfied with the conversation he had with her. :|a (He is preparing for a potential fight when he gets back tho because CLOVER YOU CANNOT THREATEN TO KILL PEOPLE'S FRIENDS EVEN IF THEY ARE ON CAT TEAM 8( but that is a different matter entirely and he's going to do his best to avoid that :U)

LACE IS . . . interesting when it comes to Clover because she ranks right up there with Erik and Charles, but Clover is very, very against opening up to her. It isn't exactly a matter of trust - she knows Lace won't say anything, won't judge her, and she already knows some things. But as it is she's young, and Clover is really against exposing her entire, terrible life to the younger ones. Yeah, Kyriakos is a bad place too and it exposes them all to the same, terrible shit, but Clover is very dead set on believing herself not to be a good person. And in a way . . . she doesn't want that point to be proven.
But! She is very, very fond of Lace. When she isn't dodging Lace's questions and being a jerk, Lace is someone she considers a real friend. If she were less of a butt about things she would absolutely go to her with her problems, but - alas, she is a butt. But she knows she can, and that's just as important to Clover as actually going to Lace with her problems. That isn't to say she won't - I mean, she'll rant to the high heavens about her team and everything going on with that, though she may leave out the little detail about threatening Cats. So!

But she's fond of him (when she doesn't want to kill him) and he means a lot to her.
NOW . . . getting to the other things. She is absolutely livid with him, and this isn't the usual anger. This is taking that anger she experienced during the sins game and multiplying it by ten. She feels very strongly about the Cats and how they're a liability and shouldn't be forgiven, and here Ed goes and saves one during the game. Saves the one who SHOT HIM, and then lets her STAY OVER in their dorm. It's like he followed a step by step guide on how to super efficiently piss Clover off.
So to say it will take time is kind of an understatement. I don't joke when I say Clover forgives, but she doesn't forget. She's very good at holding onto every little offense she's experienced. And she brings them up like weapons to make sure other people don't forget either. And she just. Needs time. A lot of time, to calm down and let things settle and maybe then she'll start talking to him without any prompting. But as of right now, she wants nothing to do with him and part of her staying at other dorms for the night is full out avoidance. She's very self-aware in her anger and she knows if she goes near him she'll get angry again so it's best not to do that.

He actually cares and he asked her about things and he showed CONCERN and the easiest way to endear oneself to Clover is to show genuine emotion towards her. Also he's a healer he automatically gets like 1000+ points because she has a strong bias towards the magic types. Once she's less angry and less everything she totally wants to sit down with him and discuss magic and how does yours work why is revival spells a thing omg tell me more.
