Likewise to Hank, most of Erik's impressions of Hank have come from interacting with him in Kyriakos. He has very little in the way of memories featuring Hank, and in fact I think it's mostly the 'Kinky' scene and ones where Hank is in the background/part of the group he's gotten back. His main impression of him from his memories, then, is that he's "one of the kids" that Charles and he gathered together. Other than Raven, Erik doesn't have that big of an idea of what those kids are even like, since he doesn't work with them individually like Charles does.
That said! He thinks of Hank as a friend in Kyriakos, and he appreciates having him around. He does consider him to be more Charles's friend than his, because they clearly share views and opinions on things whereas Erik does NOT. He finds Hank's continual attempts to 'fix' his mutation frustrating as hell because THERE'S NOTHING TO BE FIXED. He's always going to act up whenever the topic surfaces since it's a fundamental disconnect in the way they see things. However they also kind of leave off of that kind of thing in Kyr to a large extent, so it's not that big an issue. He wants to see Hank embrace himself for who and what he is. Also, experiments are crap 8|
Erik's a lot more considered in his dealings with both Hank and Charles in Kyr, but especially after their big plot meeting, he is certainly... aware. That he's the odd one out of the three of them. He's the one who up and leaves, and causes shitloads of trouble. He can tell Charles and Hank discuss things without telling him. He's talked this out a lot with Charles, but he would probably be far less willing to be apologetic if Hank got into it with him. Still, he's making an effort to not be as reactive and think things through more, and he doesn't particularly want to cut Hank out of his life, nor is there a reason to.
CLOVER ON ERIK. Erik is Clover's bestie. So is Miles, they're both equally important to her but in different ways. Erik is someone Clover goes to for the bad things; he essentially looks at what she's done and gives it the purpose she does because he agrees with it. Maias needing to die, for example - she brought that to him after a huge argument with her teammates and he helped quell her questioning her very existence and purpose for living.
In other words she brings her villainesque shit to him and he goes yeah I agree. Which she needs because a lot of that is linked to her purpose in life and so on and so forth.
But ASIDE FROM THAT he's a good friend, and someone she feels like she can be herself with to its entirety. She doesn't have to suppress how terrible she is, or how childish she can be, he never questions her about those things, and it's very, very comfortable. She trusts him just as much as her team and then some, and I mean, it's a good thing she does because he knows more about her than anyone else, considering he remembers her in Deco - even if that was Dawn, who took an entirely different path. And she's okay with that! Because who is he going to tell, aside from Miles? Who she doesn't care about knowing either?
But she does care about him, deeply. When he's in a mood, her first impulse is to try and distract him somehow. Whether it's talking, or drinking, or even the rare case of discussing what's wrong, she wants to help him in any way she can. She wants to do as much for him as he does for her, and even if it's just sitting there holding his hand - she'll do it.
On a . . . semi-related note, she does love him, but it's not romantically. And it's not something she'd ever admit to out loud because it's something easily misunderstood. But she loves him and he doesn't exactly fit into this family-esque thing she's slowly building in Kyr, but she's okay with that, because he and Miles fit into another category that has yet to be given a name.
Also sooner or later she'll actually tell him she's dating someone, oops. Things have just been . . . crazy, laugh.
