Appearance update:
When Tempest comes back, there'll be a few changes in her appearance and the clothes she takes to wearing.
- Her hair is longer now, a dark brown rather than a stark black. Still dyed, but this is a compromise to herself for when she finally stops hiding as she does. She generally wears it down, but also pulls it back into a braid, too.
- On her left shoulder, there's a symbol burned into her skin - the wheel near the bottom, meaning "inevitable change". It looks more like a slightly raised tattoo than an actual scar, though.
- She's taken to wearing fingerless gloves all the time now, even under the gloves she wears in the cold, both to keep her hands warm and to hide some mild burn scars from when she died, and was unable to completely heal all the damage after she was brought back. Both right gloves are missing the finger part for the right ring finger, since . . . she doesn't have that finger.
- LAYERS my god the girl has learned to dress properly for the cold. She wears a long-sleeved shirt underneath a shirt similar to this, with a coat over that. Also, regular black pants with leggings underneath as well, because it's freakin' cold in the north. Lastly, she still has her boots and cloak, because she can't give up everything she loves. To finish it off, she's got a nice, wool scarf that she wears around her neck for some extra warmth.
- Since she's involved in a war, she's taken to wearing some armor, too. Underneath her coat she wears a chainmail shirt, and over the coat she's wearing are steel paudrons on her right shoulder, since she primarily fights left-handed with her sword. On top of that is a fairly basic breastplate for added protection.
